Founder and company leader
Milena Tajić
Milena Tajić is the founder and leader of the company, with more than 11 years of experience in real estate, investment and international business.
The start of a career
She began her professional career during her master's studies, when she started working at one of the embassies in Montenegro, and then joined an investment company focused on bringing foreign investors and international clients to Montenegro. It was then that she took her first serious steps into the world of real estate and investment and came to know the potential Montenegro has on the international market.
After graduating from the Faculty of Political Sciences, majoring in Diplomacy and International Relations, she realized that through this very work she had found her own way of being a kind of ambassador and representative of her country to people from all over the world.
International experience
Over more than a decade of work, Milena has attended numerous international real estate and investment fairs in the Netherlands, Germany and other European countries. In some countries (most often Germany) she also organized independent events, investment presentations and business meetings dedicated to Montenegro, its potential, its investment opportunities and the way of life this country offers.
Through such events she connected Montenegro with people who were looking for new business opportunities, investments and a place to live, as well as with companies and individuals who wanted to bring their knowledge, capital and experience right here.
You may know a project, a company or an investment in Montenegro today without knowing that Milena stood behind the first ideas, presentations and connections: quietly, devotedly and without any need to be in the spotlight.
Family and values
For every success, however, she does not credit only herself. Milena especially highlights her genes and ancestors, as well as the upbringing, values and foundations she brought from her family.
She grew up in a family where education has been especially valued for generations. Her parents are academics, as were their parents before them, so she grew up with the strong example of several generations who believed in knowledge, education, work and personal integrity. It is from her family that she took the conviction that education and travel are among the most important investments in life, and that they gain their true value only when accompanied by honesty, responsibility and good manners.
„I believe that one of the reasons I often succeed in completing large sales and investments is the trust people feel when they deal with me. Many, even people who are coming to Montenegro for the first time, recognize in my approach the values I carry from my home and family: sincerity, respect, responsibility and stability. That energy and spirit were passed on to me by my parents, and I try to bring them into every business relationship. I believe people can tell when behind a business relationship stands a person who keeps their word and cares about their name.“
Languages
Knowing several languages is a special advantage for her in international business. Besides her mother tongue, Milena communicates fluently in English and Turkish, and thanks to her formal education she also speaks Russian and German well. Her command of languages allows her to communicate directly with clients, investors and business partners from different countries.
Vision and mission
She sees Montenegro as one of the most beautiful countries in the world, but also as a country with enormous potential that has still not been fully realized. That is exactly why she believes that, through responsible investment, quality projects and links with the international market, she can be part of the process of its development and of bringing it closer to European and global standards.
Her mission is not only to attract capital. For Milena, every new investor is an opportunity to bring something new to Montenegro: an idea, knowledge, experience, technology, a business model or a concept that can leave a lasting mark.
She believes that serious investment can contribute to the development of new industries, the creation of jobs and new offerings, and to raising the standards of business, tourism and life in Montenegro.
„One of the biggest economic issues in Montenegro is exactly this: as a Mediterranean country, Montenegro imports a great deal and exports almost nothing. It would not be entirely accurate to say that Montenegro “has no factories.” It has production and some industrial capacity, but its production base is small compared with the needs of the domestic market, so dependence on imports is very high. According to MONSTAT data for 2025, Montenegro imported goods worth about 4.46 billion €, while it exported only 572.3 million €. Imports were covered by exports at just 12.8%, which means that for every 100 € of imported goods there were only about 13 € of exported goods. That is frightening for a country like this. It is a very poor result.“
That is why she does not see her work only as mediation between investors and projects, nor is her work focused only on selling real estate. She sees it as an opportunity to present Montenegro to the world while, at the same time, bringing the world to Montenegro.
Today, after more than a decade of experience, her mission remains the same: to present Montenegro to the world, to bring the world to Montenegro, and through her work to be part of its development.
